This beautiful tree is blooming a couple houses down from me right now. Does anyone know what kind of tree it is?

did you get my text message that i believe this is an oleander? it looks just like this one my mom had my entire childhood. it was ten feet tall, and she kept it in this massive pot. every year it was an ordeal to move it into the house in winter and back outside each spring. it lived for probably more than 20 years though.

It is a Kwanzan Cherry tree.
